

DIY (Do It Yourself) Peanut Sauce.
Peanut Sauce can cause you alot of money,. Here in Halmstad can cost you around 90kr per bag. I prefer to make my own Peanut sauce for my Chicken Satay 😉
I N G R E D I E N T S
- Peanuts – you can buy without the skin at Asian Store
- Coconut Milk
- Garlic – Red Onion (Charlottenlök)
- Candle Nuts (you can skip if you cant find)
- 1 Lemon Leaf (you can also skip)
- Sweet Soya Sauce
- Salt
- Palm Sugar (you can skip) or add sugar instead
- Chilli
H O W T O P R E P A R E
- Fry your nuts until they become light golden brown
- Put aside and use a paper towel on your bowl to drain the oil from the nuts
- Wait a while until the peanuts cold
- Put the onions, garlic, chilli, salt candle nuts into your blender
- Put in coconut milk and water so its easier to blender them
- When it’s done, cook the peanuts add lemon leaf and soya, salt, soya sauce for taste, just stir for a while then put the palm sugar for the taste too.. that’s it!
