Rhubarb Jam

When I told few people I was going make Rhubarb jam, they answered “wouldn’t it be too sour?” And turned out the result was amazing! It’s not as sour as I thought, even I put a little bit drop of Lemon in it. It’s very easy to make. This is my own recipe ☺️

I N G R E D I E N T S

  • Few sticks of Rhubarb, peel the skin off and cut them small.
  • Sugar
  • Lemon
  • Cinnamon
  • Cloves
  • Vanilla Extract

H O W T O P R E P A R E

  • Cook them with lots of sugar and little drop of lemon
  • Put cinnamon and cloves
  • Add a little bit of vanilla sugar and vanilla extract in it.
  • You have to stir until it’s set and turn a bit thicker
  • That’s it
