When I told few people I was going make Rhubarb jam, they answered “wouldn’t it be too sour?” And turned out the result was amazing! It’s not as sour as I thought, even I put a little bit drop of Lemon in it. It’s very easy to make. This is my own recipe ☺️
I N G R E D I E N T S
- Few sticks of Rhubarb, peel the skin off and cut them small.
- Vanilla Extract
H O W T O P R E P A R E
- Cook them with lots of sugar and little drop of lemon
- Put cinnamon and cloves
- Add a little bit of vanilla sugar and vanilla extract in it.
- You have to stir until it’s set and turn a bit thicker
- That’s it
