Ayam Bakar Iloni (Grilled Chicken)

I was browsing my instagram and read a post by mbak Pepy @indonesiaeats about this Ayam Bakar Iloni from Gorontalo. This grilled chicken, reminded me of “Ayam Bakar Bumbu Rujak” which my Mom used to cook for us. The difference is in the spices that used in this recipe. Spices include red onion, garlic, candlenut, ginger, turmeric, cumin, coriander, galangal. So without question I message her and asked for the recipe. My husband loves it ! Thank you, Mbak buat resepnya
