Tempeh or tempe (/ˈtɛmpeɪ/; Javanese: témpé, Javanese pronunciation: [tempe]) is a traditional Indonesian soy product, that is made from fermented soybeans.It is made by a natural culturing and controlled fermentation process that binds soybeans into a cake form. Here a special fungus is used, which has the Latin name Rhizopus oligosporus, usually marketed under the name tempeh starter. I N G R E D I E N T S

  • Tempe
  • Chilies
  • Shallots Onion
  • Garlic
  • Lime leaf
  • Salt
  • Pepper

H O W T O P R E P A R E

  • Fry your tempeh and then put aside
  • Use your food processor to crush the shallots, garlic and chilli
  • Put little bit of oil then fry your chillies , lime leaf and onions until it smells good
  • Add in the tempeh
  • Put in salt and pepper
  • Enjoy!
