

Tempeh or tempe (/ˈtɛmpeɪ/; Javanese: témpé, Javanese pronunciation: [tempe]) is a traditional Indonesian soy product, that is made from fermented soybeans.It is made by a natural culturing and controlled fermentation process that binds soybeans into a cake form. Here a special fungus is used, which has the Latin name Rhizopus oligosporus, usually marketed under the name tempeh starter. Happy World Tempe Day!

- Tempe
- Chilies
- Shallots Onion
- Garlic
- Lime leaf
- Salt
- Pepper
H O W T O P R E P A R E
- Fry your tempeh and then put aside
- Use your food processor to crush the shallots, garlic and chilli
- Put little bit of oil then fry your chillies , lime leaf and onions until it smells good
- Add in the tempeh
- Put in salt and pepper
- Enjoy!
