Onde-onde is one of Indonesian traditional cakes. It’s made from glutinous rice with mung bean paste filling. Inspired by @gilang from catering @proklamasicatering, so I want to try making colorful onde onde … 😍

- Mix all ingredients, add a little water and stir well.
- Divide the dough according to the desired color.
- Flat round press and fill and shape until smooth and put it in sesame while compacted.
- Fry the low heat, rotate it evenly then raise to medium heat, then wait for the oil to warm up again … it will cook if the onde onde is pressed just a little hard.
- Good luck 🙏
