Wonton, is a type of Chinese dumplings. Normally they cook it with clear soup or noodles. You can either cook or fry the wonton itself.
I N G R E D I E N T S
- Wonton wrapper
- 500gr minced chicken
- 200gr chopped shrimp
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 td tapioca flour
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 egg white
- 1tsp sesame oil
- chopped green onions
- sugar
- salt
- pepper
H O W T O P R E P A R E
- So basically just mix everything in a one bowl then wrapped it and stick it using water 🙂 .
- Cook them in hot water for 5-10 minutes with salt and a bit oil.
- Enjoy!
