Gethuk is a Indonesian-Javanese dish made from cassava. The cassava is peeled, boiled and mashed. Then it is mixed with grated coconut, sugar and small amounts of salt. Sugar can also be substituted with palm sugar to give it brownish color and more distinctive taste

- 800gr Cassava
- 150gr sugar
- 2tbsp melted butter
- Vanilla essence
- Shredded Coconuts
- Color paste
H O W T O P R E P A R E
- Clean the cassava and steam them.
- Use a mortal to crush the sugar.
- Add vanilla essence then melted butter
- Divide them into colors
- Using potato mashed crusher form the cassava then add coconuts
