


Knäckiga Blåbärs Paj or in English is Crumbled Blueberries Pie.
The world’s tastiest crumble pie is a crunchy and slightly chewy blueberry pie with a crunchy surface with a taste of oatmeal and a full-bodied inside with lots of blueberries.
There is something special about the crunchy that becomes a little chewy, tastes both sweet and salty with a little oatmeal and which underneath it hides a fantastically full-bodied and good blueberry filling. You just have to try this crunchy blueberry pie!
The Blueberries are in the season. I bought some blueberries yesterday and since I can’t eat them raw (I am allergic) so I need some ideas to cook them.

F I L L I N G
- 500gr Blueberries
- 0,5dl Sugar
- 2-3tbsp corstarch

- Mix blueberries, sugar and cornstarch in a bowl and put aside

- 175gr butter
- 175gr sugar
- 2pinch of sugar
- 300gr oatmeal
- 150gr all purpose flour
- 1tsp baking powder
- 5gr light syrup (golden syrup)

- Set your oven to 175C
- In another bowl, mix together powdered sugar, salt, oatmeal, wheat flour and baking powder.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and then pour it into the bowl along with the syrup.
- Stir together to a smooth batter and click it onto the berry filling.
- Spread gently in an even layer over the berries.
- Bake the pie in the middle of the oven for about 30-40 minutes or until it has a nice color.
- The pie is very good to serve immediately, but it is excellent to store it in the refrigerator until it has cooled.
- Serve with a scoop of ice cream or lots of vanilla custard!
