A curry puff is a snack of Southeast Asian origin. It is a small pie consisting of curry with chicken and potatoes in a deep-fried or baked pastry shell. The curry is quite thick to prevent it from oozing out of the snack.
I grew up with Malaysian Culture from my Mother’s side, so My Mom often to cook this for us when we lived in Indonesia.
I prefered my Curry Puff with Tuna inside added with chili powder perfect to have this with your cold beer during the summer or while you are watching your tv at home.
Easy to make and you can either freeze them before/after you fry them!
