Teriyaki Beef Bowl

I love Beef Bowl , especially this Teriyaki Beef Bowl. This recipe is very easy and simple. You can also dip the beef in Mayo Chilli Sauce and it would be awesome!

I N G R E D I E N T S

TERIYAKI SAUCE

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 5tsp brown sugar
  • 1tbsp honey, or more to taste
  • 1/2tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4tsp garlic powder
  • 2tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup cold water

H O W T O P R E P A R E

  • Combine 1 cup water, soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, ginger, and garlic powder in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Cook until nearly heated through, about 1 minute.
    Mix cornstarch and 1/4 cold water together in a cup; stir until dissolved. Add to the saucepan.
  • Cook and stir sauce until thickened, 5 to 7 minutes.

BEEF

  • Frozen Roastbeef , slice it thin while it’s a little bit frozen
  • Onions
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Sesame Oil
  • Sesame for garnish

H O W T O P R E P A R E

  • Heat nonstick pan or wok medium high heat
  • Pour a little bit of butter and sesame oil
  • Add the onion, garlic and ginger until its smells good
  • Then add the beef, cook for 1-2minutes
  • When the beef is done add the teriyaki sauce in
  • Add salt peppar for more taste.
  • You can also add the paprika or any other veggies if you want and then sprinkle it with sesame
