Chili Oil

This chili oil is perfect for dipping your Wontons or Chinese Dumplings


Chillie Oil:

  • 30g of dried chili flakes
  • Garlic
  • 1tsp black soybeans (you can buy this at asian store)

Spices for soaking:

  • 150ml Oil
  • Cinnamon
  • Anise
  • Cardamom
  • Ginger

How to prepare:

Soak the spices while your warm up the oil and whenthe oil has become hot pour it into the dried chili flakes, garlic and black soybeans. Make sure you use a bowl or tin that can holds hot oil.
