Cream Cheese Brownies

There are so many types of brownies, but one of my favorites is this Cream Cheese Brownies which combine a dense brownie with a cream cheese on top of it. Bite into one and you are sure to notice how the tanginess of the cream cheese so nicely tempers the deep richness and soft of the chocolate brownie. What a perfect way to enjoy both a brownie and cheesecake at the same time.

I twisted the recipe a little bit by pouring a Chocolate Ganache on top of it.
