These soft Cinnamon Buns are so chewy and goey ! Perfect combination with the cream cheese glaze on top of it make it very delicious and wanting some more. Very easy and simple to make !
I N G R E D I E N T S
T H E D O U G H
- 360gr of All Purpose Flour
- 50gr Sugar
- 1/2tsp Salt ( add it while the dough is mixing)
- 50gr melted Butter
- 180gr Warm Milk
- 7gr dry yeast
T H E F I L L I N G
Mix all the ingredients and put aside
- 60 gr Butter
- 100 gr Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp Corn Starch
- 1/4tsp Salt
C R E A M C H E E S E G L A Z E D
- 100gr Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 40gr Powdered Sugar
- 1tsp Vanilla
- 2tbsp of Milk ( Start with 2 tbsp and adjust to your liking. For a thinner glaze add more milk.)
H O W T O P R E P A R E
- Add flour and sugar into your stand mixer bowl
- Warm the milk then add egg, melted butter and yeast, mix well and add into flour mixture
- Start the machine in low until everything combine
- Then raise into higher and knead the dough for 2 minutes
- Take out the dough , don’t add more flour if its sticky
- Put the dough into a greasy bowl and let it rise for 1,5 to 2 hours
- Pour flour into your work area, then roll the dough into rectangle shape
- Spread the filling into the dough, then roll the dough
- Cut into around 12 pieces and put it into a bake tin form
- Let it rise for 30 minutes, then bake in 180C for 20 minutes
