Chicken Stew

I have been wanting to make beef bourguignon but I didn’t have beef at home, and found chicken instead. So I decide to make this delicious chicken stew since I have left over red wine too 🙂

This recipe is so simple and easy to cook. It’s perfect for this raining season!

I N G R E D I E N T S

  • Chicken Thigh File
  • Onion
  • Red Wine
  • Garlic
  • Carrots
  • Potatoes
  • Parsley
  • Celery
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chicken Powder
  • Red Paprika Powder
  • Cloves
  • Cinnamon
  • Tomato Pure
  • Basil Leaves

H O W T O P R E P A R E

  • Cut into pieces your onions, tomatoes and potatoes
  • Stir your onions with olive oil and butter
  • Add your carrots, potatoes and celery
  • Add in your cloves, basil leaves, cinnamon
  • Cook them for 10 minutes then add chicken
  • add red wine or water
  • Put in tomato pure, salt, pepper and chicken stock
  • Cook until chicken ready, and served
