I have been wanting to make beef bourguignon but I didn’t have beef at home, and found chicken instead. So I decide to make this delicious chicken stew since I have left over red wine too 🙂
This recipe is so simple and easy to cook. It’s perfect for this raining season!

- Chicken Thigh File
- Onion
- Red Wine
- Garlic
- Carrots
- Potatoes
- Parsley
- Celery
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chicken Powder
- Red Paprika Powder
- Cloves
- Cinnamon
- Tomato Pure
- Basil Leaves
H O W T O P R E P A R E
- Cut into pieces your onions, tomatoes and potatoes
- Stir your onions with olive oil and butter
- Add your carrots, potatoes and celery
- Add in your cloves, basil leaves, cinnamon
- Cook them for 10 minutes then add chicken
- add red wine or water
- Put in tomato pure, salt, pepper and chicken stock
- Cook until chicken ready, and served
