
Tahu Bulat or Round Fried Tofu! It is a very simple dish to make and it is a healthy one too..
You can enjoy it as you snack to watch your movie and drink your tasty cold beer !
I N G R E D I E N T S
- 250gr Tofu
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1tsp Salt
- 1tsp Pepper
- 1tsp Chicken Powder
- 1tsp Baking Soda
- 1tsp Garlic Powder
H O W T O P R E P A R E
- Crush your tofu with a fork
- Using a cheese cloth press the tofu to get rid the water
- Wait until 10 minutes so the tofu got dry
- Mix in your mixer tofu with all the ingredients
- Roll the tofu round and the fry
- Served with chilli sauce
