

Ceviche, also cebiche, seviche, or sebiche typically made from fresh raw fish cured in fresh citrus juices, most commonly lemon or lime, and spiced with ají, chili peppers or other seasonings including chopped onions, salt, and coriander.
My best friend @eliassoncarolina has taught me on how to make this Honduras Ceviche. It’s been a while I haven’t eaten or made it. @misspratiwi gave me lots of green tomatoes then I decided to do this salsa. My version I added unripe mango and thai chillies .. oh hell yeah i love it extra spicy! You can add anything you want actually, very easy and refreshing!
I N G R E D I E N T S
- Tomatoes, diced
- Cilantro, chopped
- Chillies, chopped
- Red Onion, chopped
- Squeezed Lime Juice
- Squeezed Lemon Juice
- Cummin
- Mango
- Salt
- Shrimp
H O W T O P R E P A R E
Dice and chopped the ingredients and mix everything in a big bowl and put it for rest in the fridge for 1 hour to let the flavours blends well. That’s it ! You can eat this with kex or as side dishes 🙂
