

Finally I did the right rendang sauce this time for my wild duck! The last time on my livechat with Om William Wongso, the xolor of my rendang sauce wasn’t as I expected to be. It was more to red then dark brown
I did something wrong and because it was my first attempt to cook wild duck so I haven’t learnt the trick yet haha.
So, you need to cook the sauce until it gets a bit thicker then you can add the meat. Here is the video, to show when you need to add the meat.
It could take a while to cook your duck meat. I put mine in the oven in 100C and covered the meat with aluminum folie then cook it for almost 3-4 hours until you get it very tender meat. So, good luck, as for the recipe, you can take a look at here
