This vegetables fritters is so famous among the Indonesians. The crispiness of the vegetables makes you want to eat more and taste even better with thai chili !

You can choose any vegetables you want to add for this
I N G R E D I E N T S
- Cabbages
- Carrots
- Spring Onions
- 160gr flours
- 1,5 tbsp rice flours
- 1,5 tbsp tapioka flours
- 100-150ml cold water
- salt
- pepper
- chicken powder
H O W T O P R E P A R E
- Slices your veggies thin and weigh them 400grams of total
- Add the flours, then pour water little by little
- Don’t add more water into the dough
- Fry them in warm oil and then put aside
T I P S
- Don’t stack the fritters , put them seperately
- Fry them with lots of oil
