
When you have extra apples at home you can bake them into Apple Cake and have them either with ice cream or vanilla sauce 🙂
Don’t use Granny Smith for this, use sweet apples instead 🙂
I N G R E D I E N T S
- 6 Red Apples, use the sweet apples don’t use granny smith for these
- 200gr Milk
- 400gr flour
- 2, tsp baking powder
- 2,5tsp vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 350gr sugar
- 250gr melted Margarin
Preheat Oven to 185C.
Grease your tin form with butter and flour.
H O W T O P R E P A R E
- Peel your apples and slice them thin
- Then beat the eggs and sugar
- Put in all the ingredients
- Then add melted margarin and mix them slowly
- Pour into you baking form and bake it for 35 minutes
- When its done, serve with Vanilla Sauce
