

PERFECT cinnamon rolls packed with a cinnamon brown sugar filling and glazed with a vanilla cream cheese glaze that drips into the middle and soaks every single bite. One of Michael’s favorite buns !! Very easy to make too ..
I N G R E D I E N T S
Buns
- 350gr all purpose flours
- 50gr sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 7gram yeast
- 180gr whole milk
- 50gr butter
- 1 large egg
Filling
- 60 gr Butter
- 100 gr Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp Corn Starch
- 1/4tsp Salt
Icing
- 40gr Powdered Sugar
- 1tsp Vanilla
- 2tbsp of warm Milk ( Start with 2 tbsp and adjust to your liking. For a thinner glaze add more milk.)
H O W T O P R E P A R E
Turn on oven into 180C
- Add flour and sugar into your stand mixer bowl
- Warm the milk then add egg, melted butter and yeast, mix well and add into flour mixture
- Start the machine in low until everything combine
- Then raise into higher and knead the dough for 2 minutes
- Take out the dough , don’t add more flour if its sticky
- Put the dough into a greasy bowl and let it rise for 1,5 to 2 hours
- Pour flour into your work area, then roll the dough into rectangle shape
- Spread the filling into the dough, then roll the dough
- Cut into around 12 pieces and put it into a bake tin form
- Let it rise for 30 minutes, then bake in 180C for 20 minutes
- When its done start pouring the icing sugar glazed.
