


These butter buns is amazing soft and good ! Easy to make too 🙂
I can eat this with butter or Nutella spread, so good ! I glazed these with butter and condensed milk and eat it while it’s warm. You can just put it in the micro just few seconds before you eat it the day after.
I N G R E D I E N T S :
- 375gr all purpose flour
- 1tbs instant yeast
- 1tsp salt
- 50gr sugar
- 250ml warm milk
- 1 large egg (room temp)
- 75gr butter
H O W T O P R E P A R E
- First put all the dry ingredients and mixed them up
- Then add milk, egg and the start your machine in the middle power for 1 minute
- Add butter and start the machine again for 3-4 minutes
- You can also knead it using hands until smooth
- Transfer it into a floured counter and fold it and divide it into 16
- Turn them into balls and put it in a pan, cover it, and wait until it raised. Turn on the oven in 200C.
- Brush them with butter and bake until it’s done , 10-15 minutes depend on your oven.
